These classes are designed for people of all ages and all levels of fitness to become fitter.
The classes are never the same and in them you will quickly realise your fitness goals, if you work hard. The exercises you learn will vary week to week but you will get to know your body and use correct form and posture to ensure a rapid gain in results without fear of injury.
The circuits will use every part of your body and will incorporate strength, toning, aerobic, anaerobic, resilience and definition enhancing techniques. At the end of every Combat Circuit session there is always the added bonus of a mini abdominal circuit to truly finish your body off.
