Alex has trained in martial arts for 7 years. He is the clubs leading instructor on fitness and health and is available any time to help members with any fitness, health or martial art goals they may have. Alex takes the conditioning circuit classes twice a week and helps out with the junior kid’s kickboxing classes.
Alex has the philosophy, like he found out himself that it is never too late and you are never too unfit, old, young or unconfident to take up martial arts. All it requires is for you to take that first step to come to a class and the club will do the rest for you.
Alex is advanced CRB checked and holds an advanced first aid qualification. Alex competes as a heavy weight K1 kick boxer for the club.
